These terms describe the text-messaging (SMS/MMS) programs operated by Raise the Roof Entertainment. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Programs & Message Types
- Event inquiries & sales follow-ups. If you submit our “Request a Quote” form and check the SMS-consent box, you may receive a confirmation that we received your request and follow-up messages from our team about your event.
- Photo booth & on-site experiences. If you opt in at one of our events (for example, to receive a photo or gallery link from a photo booth), you may receive messages containing that content.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Raise the Roof Entertainment at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt Out & Help
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, opt in again. For help, text HELP, or contact us at the email below.
Privacy
