SMS / Messaging Terms

These terms describe the text-messaging (SMS/MMS) programs operated by Raise the Roof Entertainment. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Programs & Message Types

• Event inquiries & sales follow-ups. If you submit our “Request a Quote” form and provide your phone number, a member of our team may text you follow-up messages about your event.
• Photo booth & on-site experiences. If you opt in at one of our events (for example, to receive a photo or gallery link from a photo booth), you may receive messages containing that content.

Consent

By submitting our event-inquiry form and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Raise the Roof Entertainment at that number about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out & Help

You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, opt in again. For help, text HELP, or contact us at the email below.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
